At Exquisite Wedding Cakes, we serve our clients on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, the sooner you secure your cake order with a deposit or full payment, the greater the guarantee that your cake order date will be available. Exquisite Wedding Cakes accepts payments in the form of cash, checks or credit cards via Paypal. The link for paypal is listed below for your convenience.

Paying for your Wedding Cake^*

We want the purchasing of your wedding cake to be a breeze. The last thing we want is for you to fret over paying for your wedding cake at the last minute. With this in mind, we have created an easy way for you to pay for your wedding cake, with no hassle.

Of course, the sooner in advance you purchase your wedding cake, the smoother and less stressful your wedding planning experience will be; however, we typically require a minimum of four months notice before your wedding date, so that we can secure a spot on our calendar to create your wedding cake. This will also help you pay for your cake in a timely manner so that you can concentrate on other equally important aspects of your wedding.

Payment Requirements for Wedding Cakes

In order to reserve your wedding cake order, a deposit^* of $100.00 is required to hold your wedding cake date. For orders of $800.00 and over, a deposit of $200.00 will be required. These deposits are non-refundable and due at the signing of the contract. Final payment is due no later than fourteen (14) days before the wedding.
If a wedding cake is purchased less than 90 days from the wedding date, a deposit^* of $200.00 will be required to hold your wedding cake date. For orders of $800.00 and over, a deposit of $400.00 will be required. These deposits are non-refundable and due at the signing of the contract. Final payment is due no later than fourteen (14) days before the wedding.
If a wedding cake is purchased 6 weeks and less away from the wedding date, then the entire cost of the wedding cake will be due at the signing of the contract to reserve your wedding cake order. There will be no refund if the wedding cake order is cancelled.

Wedding Cake Contract

Along with a deposit or full payment, a signed contract will also be required to hold your wedding cake date.

Wedding Cake Cancellations

Cancellations must be made sixty days before the wedding date for a refund with the exception of the initial non-refundable deposits.
If a cancellation is made less than sixty days before the wedding, there will be no refund.

We currently accept payments in the form of cash, check and credit card payments via PayPal. To pay using Paypal, just click on the PayPal button listed below and you will be taken to PayPal's secure site to complete your payment transaction.

Receipts

Once payment is cleared, receipts can be emailed or mailed to you as proof of payment for your records.
