Buttercream seems to be the favorite icing for wedding cakes for many of us. Buttercream icing, often referred to as frosting is versatile and can be used to create a wide variety of wedding cakes, from Edwardian style wedding cakes to contemporary wedding cakes.
Our perfect ratio of fresh butter, pure vanilla and sugar, makes for the perfect buttercream; smooth, silky, creamy and not too sweet. If you prefer a sweeter buttercream, we offer that too and it's just as smooth, silky and creamy as our not so sweet buttercream.
Additionally, if you are not a fan of fondant, and yet appreciate the smoothness of fondant, you can rest assured that your buttercream wedding cake will be so smooth that you might be fooled into thinking that it's actually fondant; that is, until you taste it.
