All  wedding and celebration cakes are iced only in vanilla buttercream. Buttercream can be tinted to match your event.

 

Flavored buttercream, cream cheese icing, ganache and cookie dough fillings are used as filling for wedding cakes and celebration cakes. However, because these fillings are firm and sturdy, they can also be used to top cupcakes.

​

Fruit fillings, however, are too soft and are, therefore, used only to fill wedding cakes, party cakes and cupcakes.
