Exquisite Wedding Cakes operates from a state and township inspected, certified and insured residential home kitchen. We are registered with our local and state tax offices. Complying with state regulations, we have no pets on our premises. We also have no children.

All  wedding and celebration cakes are iced only in vanilla buttercream with your choice of sweet or not so sweet vanilla buttercream.

 

Flavored buttercream, cream cheese icing, ganache and cookie dough fillings are used as filling for wedding cakes and celebration cakes. However, because these fillings are firm and sturdy, they can also be used to top cupcakes.

​

Fruit fillings, however, are too soft and are, therefore, used only to fill wedding cakes, party cakes and cupcakes.

​​​*We offer two options of buttercream; not so sweet or sweet buttercream. Our not so sweet and more popular buttercream is a non-crusting buttercream that is smooth and creamy. Our sweet buttercream is a crusting buttercream that is similar to icing used on grocery store cakes. Both buttercreams are scratch made. You can choose not so sweet or sweet buttercream for buttercream flavors with the Asterix (*) sign.
