FILLINGS

Our basic buttercream icings are used to fill wedding cakes and used to top cupcakes at no extra charge.

Our classic and premium buttercream flavors, cream cheese icing, ganache, and cookie dough filling are used to fill wedding cakes and cupcakes but can also be used to top cupcakes. Fruit fillings, however, are too soft and are, therefore, used only to fill wedding cakes and cupcakes.

*We offer two options of vanilla buttercream; house or bakery buttercream. Our house and more popular vanilla buttercream is a non-crusting buttercream that is smooth, creamy and not too sweet. Our bakery buttercream is a very sweet and crusting vanilla buttercream. It is similar to icing used on grocery store cakes. Both buttercreams are scratch made.
